How to use SQL Designer?

• 1Start Your Design

  Begin your database design by selecting the desired Database type from the options provided. Note that some settings require a full page reload to take effect.
• 2Add and Manage Tables

  Use the options panel within the playground area to visually add new tables to your database schema. You can easily edit their names and properties or remove them.
• 3Define Table Structure

  For each table, add and manage its fields. You can add/remove fields, define keys (like primary or unique), and move fields up or down to organize their order.
• 4Create Relationships

  Visually link your tables by creating, connecting, or removing foreign keys. Adjust settings like Snap distance and connector styles (on-drag, smooth) to refine the connections.
• 5Refine Design Layout

  Organize your diagram by using the options to align tables. If needed, you can also clear all tables to start a fresh design.
• 6Configure Display Options

  Customize how table details are displayed by enabling or disabling options like Show field size and Show field datatype.
• 7Manage Designs (Save/Load)

  Use the SAVE/LOAD panel to Save XML or Load XML through the text editor. You can also Save in browser (you'll enter an ID), view a list from browser saves, and load from browser by entering the saved ID.
• 8Export Your Code or XML

  Once your visual design is complete, click the Generate SQL button to get the code for your selected database type, or use the Save XML feature to export the design's structure.
